What to Expect
Before the Project:
We call you the week before your scheduled start date, introducing your project supervisor and outlining the full process.
Day of Roof Start:
Supervisor greets you in person (or calls/texts with updates) and reviews what to expect.
Site Prep & Materials
Crew uses our checklist, reviews the contract and any homeowner requests, counts/inspects all materials (including vents), sets up the canopy and caution tape, and coordinates with the distributor as needed.
Photo Documentation
We take before, during, and after ground and rooftop photos so you can see the work done and have a full record.
Ongoing Quality Control
Supervisors audit every stage for workmanship and thorough cleanup.
Thorough Cleanup
Crew removes all debris from your property (and neighboring yards with permission), runs magnets to pick up nails, and ensures your site is spotless.
